This condition mainly occurs due to a deficiency of either Vitamin B12 or folic acid in your body. Symptoms may include muscle weakness, diarrhoea, vision problems, etc. Mecobal 500 MCG Tablet is used to treat anaemia due to deficiency of Vitamin B12.
